Lauren utilizes Medical Qigong, cupping, hot or cold stones to restore balance, release tension, and awaken the body’s natural capacity to heal. While working with the meridian system, her massages help to clear stagnation, ease discomfort, and support overall vitality.

My name is Ian Curriden, and I’m a licensed massage therapist and graduate of The Black Brook School of Massage in Fayetteville. Aside from being an LMT, I’m also an avid musician, athlete, and artist.
As the son of a chiropractor, I’ve been exposed to manual therapies my whole life. Caring for others through touch is second nature to me, and I like to describe my style as intuitive touch backed by an educated understanding of the human body.
While I specializes in Swedish, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue massage, I ultimately strive to provide you with the care that you need. I look forward to working with you, helping you to calm down and reset. Happy healing!
