Lauren has been a shiatsu practitioner and LMT for over twenty years. She integrates the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine into every massage. Lauren utilizes Medical Qigong, cupping, hot or cold stones to restore balance, release tension, and awaken the body’s natural capacity to heal. While working with the meridian system, her massages help to clear stagnation, ease discomfort, and support overall vitality.
Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, emotional grounding, or simply a deeper sense of connection, these practices create a pathway to harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
