Are you a 200 hour yoga teacher looking to level up in your knowledge and teaching skills?

Join us in 2027 for our first joint 300 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Story & Trailside Yoga & Beyond!
Join Chris, Lynn & Stephani for an advanced teacher training with all 3 facilitators. Each faculty member brings their own unique strengths and skills to the table for a well rounded training.
Our 300 hour yoga teacher training is registered with Yoga Alliance. Students who complete all required hours, graduation requirements and obtain a certification through Buddha's Mat (the registered RYS) are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 300 hour RYT. ​​​

FAQs
Q: Do I need to attend all sessions?
A: Yes, all sessions should be attended in person. If you have extenuating circumstances or an emergency, please let us know in advance as we can video the lecture for you.

Q: What's the purpose of having my 300 hour?
A: To be a continuous student of the practice of yoga! To be able to offer your students more than asana. To be able to hold your own trainings once you reach ERYT 500 status and have your own curriculum approved.

Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: Yes, we can work with you to establish a payment plan. We prefer that payments are completed by the 50% mark in training but can be flexible. All payment plans must be paid in full before the end of training or a certificate will not be issued.

Q: What happens if I drop out?
A: You will need to return all materials first. If you decide not to continue with training past the half way mark, no refunds are due. Your deposit is non refundable. If it before the half way point, a prorated portion of any tuition paid will be refunded. Your deposit is still non refundable.
