At Yoga Story, we strive to include the fundamentals of a yoga practice to our asana classes. You'll find elements of philosophy, pranayama and mindfulness in each class. We integrate sanskrit to honor the culture this practice comes from. Our studio welcomes inclusivity and diversity in our community. We desire for our practitioners to feel empowered, authentic and educated each time they come to their mat.

I really enjoyed this class. The yin part of the class involved a slow deliberate movements with longer holds. The sound bath of this class was incredible, brought me to deep relaxation and allowed my mind to clear from the current day’s stress.
