3 month group mentorship for RYT 200 and above to develop their sequencing skills, cueing, presence & deepen their own personal practice.

Mentorship Details
Monthly Meetings
The group will meet each month in person or virtually via zoom to discuss a specific topic related to teaching to help develop your knowledge as a yoga teacher with directly applicable skills to teaching in person
Individual Meetings
Chris will meet with each teacher individually to answer specific questions, address areas of concern about their own teaching or to simply help them grow as individuals
Audits
Chris will take your class in person or virtually and give you feedback on teaching style, cueing and any other areas that you've discussed during your individual meetings
Meet Chris
Chris is a 500 hour ERYT & teaches hot flow & slow flow. He is trained in the circus arts and contortionism. His classes are purposeful & engaging with skillful instruction.
Chris loves animals and has a small farm! He's a highly trained yogi that has recently written a 300 hour training for established yoga teachers to take their practice to the next level. Coming to Yoga Story in 2022!
Chris's class will create length in your body and connection to your soul. As one student put it, "he makes me feel my feelings! And I love it." His classes may be challenging but his expertise makes them accessible to all.
