Tween yoga will move your child towards a more adult style of yoga, with the postures and sequences more typical of an adult yoga class. Meditation and breath techniques will also be introduced. Each class will have a different focus that will connect with your tween as they face the issues of growing up.
This class is 45 min. and is suitable for boys and girls ages 9-13.
Kids Yoga will introduce your child to yoga in a fun way with simple poses, breathing exercises and easy to understand mindful themes. Examples: Breathing, Bravery, Mindfulness, Mantra & Meditation.
This class is 40-45 minutes and is suitable for boys and girls ages 4-9.
