OUR CLASSES
HOT
Experience a challenge with these strength building, power flow classes! You'll definitely sweat as the temp in a power flow will reach up to 100 degrees. Come prepared with a towel and some water. It is recommended that you have some yoga experience for these classes.
NOT HOT
These classes are perfect for beginners or those who just want to chill & stretch. You'll find them on the schedule under slow flow, begin, yin and yin & yang. Open to all levels. Little to no heat.
FIT
These are our fitness classes! Get strong, increase your endurance levels and have a lot of fun doing it! These classes include mat and pop pilates & TRX as well as our yoga fusion classes - Sculpt & Flow and Cardio Yoga.
